Account verification

There are 2 ways to verify your account, either electronically or manually (the manual option is intended for players who cannot pass electronically, and players must attempt electronic verification at least once to become eligible for manual verification).

Submitting the Player Registration Form will undertake an electronic verification check against your personal details (name, address, zip) and the last four digits of your SSN. If the check is successful, you will receive a notification that the verification process is complete.

If the electronic verification check is not successful, you will receive a notification of this, and you may resubmit your details (please double-check the accuracy of the First Name, Last Name, DOB, and Last 4 digits of SSN fields).

In the event that you are unable to electronically verify your account, this is no cause for concern; your details simply may not exist on the databases that are checked. In this situation, we recommend that you complete the manual verification of your account by providing clear and legible copies of the following documents:

  • A copy of your government-issued photo ID (passport, driving license or ID card)
  • A copy of your signed Social Security card or a signed copy of your W9 form (ensure the full SSN is visible)

If you wish to submit a W9 form, you may download one from here.

Please upload documentation via our software:

  1. Help → ContactUs
  2. Category: Security
  3. Subcategory: Verification Document Request

NOTE: If you fail the verification based on the last 4 digits of your SSN, we were not able to confirm your identity. We will need you to provide us with the full social/necessary documentation to continue with manual verification. As part of our regulations and for player security we need to know our players. This is not uncommon and will only take a few minutes to get you set up once you have provided the necessary documentation.
