Lagging or slow connection while playing (desktop)

If our software lags while you're playing, there could be a connection stability issue. It mightn't occur on other websites or apps.

We can help you isolate and fix this issue. First, we would like some information about your system and connection:

  • Operating System, e.g., Windows 10, macOS 10.12, etc.
  • Computer Processor, e.g., Intel Core i3, 2.6 GHz, etc.
  • System RAM, e.g. 2 GB, 4 GB, 8 GB, etc.)
  • Connection Type, e.g., Cable, DSL, Satellite, etc.
  • ISP (internet service provider), i.e., the name of the company that provides your internet service.
  • Router/Modem, e.g. D-Link DI-624, Linksys WRTG54GS, etc.

Also, send us our software's log files. It is best to send them when your connection is unstable. From the lobby, choose:

Help → Log Files (type in your username and any relevant details) → SEND LOG FILES.

This will automatically send us the log files and your explanation.

Once you get back to us with the files, we'll conduct an in-depth review and respond as soon as possible.
